
So last night for me was a big success in my book. I ran 4 miles in about 40 minutes, which for me was really good. That means I ran a 6mph which again, for me, is faster than I have been running the last couple weeks. It's amazing to be outside and free to roam and see different trees and dogs and people as you run the streets. I have to say though, I need to beef up my workout because I will get slaughtered in March if I don't push harder. I think this keeps me going.
Anyone wanna run 6 miles this weekend with me?? :)
