1 package pre-made slaw mix (16 oz)
1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 vegetable oil
3/4 cup chopped cashews
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
1/2 can chopped water chestnuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
In a large bowl mix slaw, cashews and water-chestnuts, cilantro and pepper. In a side small bowl mix oil, mayo, sugar and white wine vinegar. Add salt to taste! *Depending on how much sugar you use, will effect how much salt you'll need.
Pour dressing mixture over slaw mix and refrigerate for an hour.
ooh this sounds good! i love crunch in my food and i love slaw. i'm going to try this one out!
